Stance Coils

Hey guys I recently purchased these and I have a couple questions just because they are used but pretty much brand freakin new. First of all I want to thank James for the incredible deal he gave me on these! It couldnt have worked out much better. I wasnt going to buy them until he told me where he lived. It just happened to be exactly where my girlfriends Mid Point hotel was on her way back from Florida. So there's my free shipping lol.

ANYWAYS! Are these the Gen1 or Gen2s that do not go as low? Second! Where should I set these bad boys to start of with... to the highest height? Last question is... I am waiting till Thursday when I get paid to order all my goodies from Powell before I put them on (CABS Front and Rear Rotated Trans mounts) I was told the tranny mounts are a must because of axle bind.. Correct? Cannot wait to install these I am honestly so damn happy with the way my car is going to look this summer!!

Well just now waiting on a invoice from Gloria at Powell! It is midnight. Im suprised I even got to chat with Mr. Powell this late haha. Cant wait to order my mounts and install these..

STILL would like to know if these are the v1 or v2s and where I should set them for a start point before I put them on my car. No help for cobe. Oh well looks like it will be a night of tweaking coils and drinking. Cannot wait. Also have some NT01s for the front !!

not sure what gen mine are but only thing i see different is that mine had more of the gold color on them . second as far as height thats all up to you , i would ask my self how nice your roads are where you live to be super low . also after you get your height down you need to figure out how stiff or how soft you want the ride quality to be , just remember nothing rides like stock maybe powell springs and koni yellows put together .

I just installed Ksports in my HHR...somewhat different animal but same suspension setup. It's all going to come down to how low you want to go...you'll probably install and remove at least half a dozen time before you get it to the setting you want...same goes for the damper. I've got my set to the lowest in the rear and the damper is set about 4 or 5 clicks from the softest setting...I've got to redo my rear damper this weekend. The front I could go lower but I don't want to run into any axle binding issues and plus I don't want to have any rake...right now I'm sitting even on all four corners. Like I said...you're going to to have to take a day and just play around with it.

You can use my spanners if you want. Idk if theyll fit the stances but we can try.

Where did you get them from? One of the main points of this thread was to see if I have the v1 or v2 stances. The v2 stances dont go as low ! My car wont be ready till mid may. Then ill be around woodward

nt01's for a summer DD seem overkill. Why not just NT05 or nitto 555's. You dont have THAT much torque to need those.
