Steering Alignment Issues

After having my alignment done at GM I still had an issue with the steering wheel not lining up with the tires. The car seems to want to pull left and I have to hold it over to the right side to get her to go strait. I have a 2009 SS/TC and I am not lowered and have stock rims with 4 brand new tires running 35psi in each.

My friend also has the same issue with the same car and he is running Eibach SPORTLINE. So I am not sure if this is normal or not. Let me know what you all think.

No, it is not normal. I've driven a bunch of these cars and a hard pull to one side, or a steering wheel out of alignment is NOT normal. Have them redo it. If you cannot get satisfaction take your wallet elsewhere.
