Hello there,
I just got my car back from the shop from having some work done. Part of wich included installing the compitition steering knuckles.

After wards, myself and the shop owner noticed that the new steering knuckles lowered the vehical about an inch.

Has anyone ealse noticed this as well?

 

48 Views and no one knows? Does anyone besides me have this upgrade?

 

Where did you get these compitition steering knuckles?

They lower about 1/2" overall

 

Couldn't find it under cobalt

 

Ya, its not listed under cobalt, you have to punch in the part number .

Maybe it is a 1/2 inch. It's hard to tell exactly because I didnt measure it before. And since I had other work being done a the same time The shop had my car for like 3 days.

One is left and one is right but I forget wich is wich. GMParts direct was about 280 bux each. They come with instructions and they are labled L and R.

 

Holy Crap. $280/piece. Talk about being shot in the foot.

 

280 is cheaper than breaking them tho. But from the sounds of it not to many actually have

 

always wondered if these would fit an auto car....

 

They are pretty expensive I think ill just get lsj knuckles and control arms..

 

Pontiac G6 Knuckles are just as strong and a bit beefier than LNF knuckles
