Exclamation suspension problems, please help!

i ran my car off the road into the ditch today (lots of snow, wasnt smart of me) and i had a truck pull me out. because there is no hook on the cobalt, i hooked the chain to the suspension bar, located directly under the rear wheels. when i was driving home, i noticed the car starts to shake over 100 km/h (60 mph). i had a car in the past which had tires that were misbalanced and exhibited very similar symptoms (steering wheel shake, car shake over 100), but im scared that i did something to the suspension instead because it is bent a little now. i have a bad feeling that i did something really bad to my car, its almost brand new and i dont have other people work on my car usually, but i dont know if i can just hammer this back and fix it. heres a picture:

unless its coming in contact with that bar, it most likely isnt your problem. you may need a realignment or make sure your wheels are still balanced.

Dig the snow or ice from inside the Rims,If you leave the snow in the rims and it melts in the sun and turns to ice it will stick in there really well.

What I normally do when this happens is just power wash the rims out.

That pictured damage could very well be your cause. The rear axle is a twist beam. It provides the alignment to the rear wheels. If it is bent (over its entire length), then thats the problem.
