suspension recommendations

Hey guys well im planning on upgrading most of my suspension parts as im at 80k miles, the car still feels good but wanna refresh everything.
First i wanna get some springs but im stuck on what to get i wanted yyz springs but price is a bit high and honestly i wont be tracking the car or anything like that to justify getting them so i have left CM,SSC or road magnet i like the drop they all give but what would be better? I know CM and SSC are the same company but on CM page it says they drop is 1" F and .5" back and SSC on zzp say 1" and 1.5" road magnet has the same specs as ssc but sure they have a different rate or something. So what would be best?

Also already have koni fronts and rears

Also i want to buy enlinks, CAB, tie rods but whats the best product out there?
If im missing something please comment below. Thanks

either the CM's or SSC's are nice, i really liked my sport lines before i went with coilovers too. as far as CABs and endlinks i know powell has great cabs and so does ottp. i did see though that moog has CABs on rock auto they are called the problem solvers and ive heard nothing but great things about those and the end links go with moog as well def save you some money.

a buddy of mine said he had gotten the moog cabs and the endlinks and really liked them said he could tell a little difference esp for the money and in my eyes with moog you cant go wrong lol. im gonna be going with them i think just because i dont want to fork a lot of money out on cabs lol.

here check this out, it should help you with the drops a little and what springs drop how much

I've had CM springs and now I'm on H&R Springs. I'd recommend H&R to most people unless your a bit sensitive to ride quality.

I replaced my aft CAB's with Moog. I can't speak to their spherical bushing (too new), but I got the solid rubber ones. I replaced them about 15k miles ago (not sure exactly, it's written down at home). The stock ones are junk. I'm sure they designed them to be compliant in cocking, but they made holes in the rubber to accomplish it. Mine were trashed with 50k miles. The Moog bushings had no signs of wear when I had them out after 15K miles.

Last I heard, they didn't have a spherical bearing/bushing that officially fit the FE5 control arms. Has that changed?

I said that about H&R when I got CM springs. Now I have H&Rs and I wish I had coilovers.

my sportlines i loved. wasnt a crazy drop and didnt scrape barely at all and im in pa with some shitty roads lol. then i go to coilovers and just my luck there was a rock in the road and what do you know i hit that and boom goes the oil pan haha. if i was on lowering springs though i still probably would have hit it with my oil pan lol

In my opinion that point is H&R springs. My CM springs were a bit too high for my liking 2 finger gap in the front and 3 in the rear, where as it's 1 finger gap for H&R front and 2 in the rear. Sportlines will give you decent low too, but they are soft as hell. I'm not saying CM springs are bad, they rode just like stock for me. But even though I didn't want my car to be slammed, the CM springs always left me wanting more in the low department- take that as you will.

Yeah i see what you mean, ill have to take that into consideration and see how low it would go atm my car is 3 fingers in the front and 4 on the back and on both i would say it more like 2.5 and 3.5 since my fingers dont really fit all the way

Well i see alot of people that have gotten the cm springs the drop should be 1 inch and 1.5 inch but on CM page it only says 1inch and .5inch does anyone know if the drop was changed?

Question for you spring rate professionals lol how do the ottp springs look on paper?

OTTP Lowering Springs
I bought my CM springs soon after they changed the rating to ".5 inches. I contacted them and they told me that the springs had not changed. As far as I know it should still be the 2 fingers front and 3 fingers back.

Roadmagnet springs have much better spring rates than CM.... keep that in mind.

They don't slam and cause you to pucker the butthole when you approach rough pavement.

Drop is the same though.
