Sway issue when turning
Sway issue when turning
So this is kinda difficult to describe. I drive a 2008 ss/tc and I'll start with this: my rear end of my car kinda feels like it's lagging behind the front. So my buddy drives a ss/sc and I've drivin his car plenty, his car does not have the same symptom mine does so I'm starting to think it's an issue. (I do know the suspension is very different). So basically let's give a scenario. I'm driving down the road at 45mph. And I do a quick side to side zig zag style In between my lane. It feels like when my front wheels are back to center it takes my rear end a second to catch up and straighten out with the rest of the car. Maybe I'm crazy or maybe the car is meant to do that but I'm thinking that's not supposed to happen. I have pedders performance springs and that's all I know is done to te suspension. Help?
Lsj fe5 and lnf fe5 are very similar
Does your buddy have a rear sway bar???
What you describe to me sounds fairly normal for a stock suspension lnf. Could be bad struts/springs or bushings in the rear beambut proly not. Stability control will also make the ass end move around all wonky if you leave it on during hard cornering. Give Powell racing a call he'll get you a reall nice sway bar that should fix that right up.

Stock LNF rims and some off brand tire. Not me. Previous owner. They are crusader hp or something. They actually straight line grip very well. I'm tuned and second gear pull barley slips.
