well sure, but that doesnt mean they need to make it for a specific model
in fact tehy would be stupid to advertise like that as some would think they couldnt use it on their non tc balt....

very true, also there other kits that are out have more features then the Teins, I have no camber plate, or adjustable rear dampners.

If they didnt advertise as only working on specific models I would be highly surprised, there are very few products out there that have the proper vehicle usage listed with them. Id say MOST of them are wrong, LOL

Thanks for your reply. The specification will vary by application, as our lowering springs are vehicle specific. Please be aware, to date we have not released lowering springs for any Cobalt models, although our S.Tech line will be available for the first gen SS models shortly.

Best regards,

TEIN Sales Team

and

Thank you for your inquiry. Product development for the '09 Chevy Cobalt SS has yet to be determined, although we have passed your contact information along to our engineering staff to inform them of vehicle availability. In the event your car were to be requested, a staff member would be in contact with you to inquire about scheduling. Thanks again for your interest in TEIN products, please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Best regards,

TEIN Sales Team

They know TIEN pretty well.

So they might be able to help with this one

Impulse Engineering is good friends with them. and we bring business to Impulse.

Not to mention TIEN is like a city away from me. I can go and ask myself.

and I think they are restarting production bc more people are interested...

DUDE all of Tein's corporate decesions are made though Japan, so talking to them here does nothing. They get all there answers from someone else, they only do r&d work here, and I really don't think Tein's going to listen to some other company for advice, they have an excellent reputation for a reason, they don't need someone else telling them what to do. You can talk to the engineer's here all you want, I don't think it's going to make a difference unless the corp. headquarters in Japan decides to do so.
