I have pedders springs with ss/tc shocks and struts on my 06 SS/SC. ANd the ride is basically stock comfort wise, but the handling is sick. I mean I also have a OTTP hardcore rear sway, spherical CABs, steering rack spacers, and poly mounts. But from sportlines on SS?SC shocks and struts, to pedders and the TC shocks and struts are like night and day. I can make turns way too fast on street tires. I think there is a pretty extensive thread on here that Maven talks alot about the combo.

I am working on a new top hat bearing that will replace the spacer and the stock plastic caged ball bearing, in my ceaseless mission to eliminate friction and help the weaksos power steering algorythm (if you must know)
While my redline sleeps I dream of things to make it faster.....

I'm not new to springs I swapped out three different sets mated to Koni Shocks. I just got a LSJ in place of my G5 I have had sportlines they lower great, ride is terrible bouncy and Harsh. Progress was much better than sportlines drop was good not as far as sportlines but handling was much better. SSC ride was OK a drop was good. I dont care alot about the drop but its got to handle. Stock springs are a good compromise of ride and handling but leave a bit to much wheel gap. When I saw pedders I said these must be better no coil bind and a much better balance. The Pedders drop is just right for me not to low but just right. I just needed comments on how the normal everyday ride was.
I have now already purchase them from OTTP on their black friday sale.

I know what the OP stated and i answered the ride would probably be the same as if he went another brand. Your reading too much into it. And for what he probably will use it for ( spirited high way driving, few trips to the track, maybe even some auto x, i HIGHLY doublt there would be any noticeable difference vs other brands.

Haz l33t wheelz.
Actually, with the Pedders springs, there is a tremendous difference in handling capability. Not something most people would notice on a normal drive. But i guarantee you'll start shaving off time in autocross, and if you road raced, you would feel the difference as well. They don't coil bind, so you actually use the entire spring, which in my limited understanding is essential.
These are not cheap lowering springs.

I have spring rated and track tested most of them. I doubt that you have. STFU is what I am saying. Those who know say Pedders are best. And 395 seems to know better as well
