I've been having a problem with my car that's proving difficult to track down. John and Gloria are going above and beyond the call of duty with advice and overnighting parts to me. It's tough trouble shooting from 2k miles away but John is doing everything he can to help. Emails, pictures, phone calls, parts, you name it.
