Uh Oh! Look what I got...

Dezod had a pretty awesome Group Buy that I couldn't pass up, so I jumped on it and here is the outcome!

I didn't really need these yet, but my plan is to make it through the winter then put the new brakes on. So picked up a set of Stoptech rotors and Hawk Pads!!! Oh and I ordered these on the 9th, Pads delivered the 10th, rotors the 11th. How awesome is that!?

I pick up those same rotor this past spring. I went with the Hawk HPS pads.

They have been great for daily driving and decent for road course track driving...due to my driving (90-150mph hard braking) I think ill need another set by next spring.

dumb question but I'll ask anyway...

how'd you keep the paint off the rotors..? tape, grease, stencil, etc.

They come painted...but if you were to do them yourself I think tape would be the easiest way to do it.

cool. I'm wondering if there was any residue from the tape if that would be an issue or not..? I wouldn't think so due to it being so minor but I just don't want to mess em up.

Thanks.

im sure if you put tape on them, even if there was a lot of residue left, one short drive would take care of that pretty quickly
