upgraded control arms?

upgraded control arms?

well i hit a curb yesterday and bent my control arm, i wanted to know if there are any companies out there that make aftermarket control arms?

what model Cobalt do you have??

if it's an SS (SC, NA or TC) than no, theres no upgrade, just get a replacement.

BUT if you have an LS or non SS than you can upgrade to the aluminum lower control arms

if you look up the part number on GM parts direct they might have a lower price

I think those are CAST aluminum control arms

so you must have STEEL control arms because cast aluminum does not bend, it will usually break

Brandon you were doing so well until that last statement. GM alloy suspension parts are forged or cast depending on application and desired crash performance. FE5 flca bend. Forged.
