Vibs when accelerating???

I'm not sure why this is happening. I have MSR 045 wheels on my car with Goodyear Eagle GT tires.

The wheels have hub rings, the wheels have been balanced 3 times now.

I have Sportine springs and have torqued everything down 3 times as well, several hundred miles after installed.

This only happens around 30-80 in second gear when I am WOT.

No vibs even if I cruse at 100+ nor when I cruse around lower speeds 25-50.

I have been told that it might be the tires them self. That they have irregular wear on them. There is an alignment I can get for around $20 per wheel that can find out if this is what it is. I just don't really want to spend $80 on something I am not sure of.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Baring? Like in the actual hub assembly itself?

Why would it not shake with stock wheels and the same tires, and start with new wheels.
