Only real difference is the drop height. Their both progressive springs with about the same spring rates. The Pro are a little softer on the ride due to their having a little more rebound room.
Oh, and the Pro are black while the Sport are red.
Just thought I would throw that out there since the red match my car better.
BTW Rally, that airborne pic in your sig is awesome.

I'm suprised that none one has mentioned that the Pro-Kit will only lower an SS model Cobalt .5" in the rear, and ZERO" in the front. The Pro-Kit will only even the car out by slightly lowering the rear. Plus, whoever said the Pro-Kit is softer than the sportlines.....that's wrong. Even Eibach's own website will tell you that's wrong. The Sportlines are designed to better your handling by lowering your center of gravity, while keeping your ride quality stock feeling. The Pro-Kits are designed to keep your ride height/appearance stock, but have a stiffer spring rate to help your car handle better. The Pro-Kit is designed more for a serious autocrosser, whereas the Sportlines are more for the street car enthusiast looking for a little bit better handling and a nice drop.
The Pro-Kit however, WILL lower a 2.2 a little bit, simply b/c the 2.2s have taller springs stock than a 2.4/2.0. But as for a 2.4/2.0, the Pro-Kit springs are nearly identical in height to the stock springs, but they will give you a bit better handling with the stiffer spring rate. So if your looking to actually lower the car, and not just improve its handling abilities, then def look towards the Sportlines.
And as for bottoming out, just make sure you cut your bump stops correctly, and you'll be fine. Also, I can still go over most speed bumps on my Sportlines, and I drive down plenty of rough backroads with no trouble.
