so i am purchasing a set of eibach sportlines and was wondering what size tire to run. i currently have 235/40/18 and love them.i am afraid they will rub. the tires i want are the new cooper rs3 which only come in 225 45 18 and 235 40 18. they might even have them in 225 40 18. so let me have it will either of these work or will i have to find a different tire and run the 215 45 18?

 

225/40/18 or 235/40/18 would work.

 

I got 225 40 18's with sportlines. No problems.

 

Alright I'm am also thinking about going 20 inch lexani rims with a 225 30 20 . This should still work correct? The tire radius is 25.3 and it is 8.9 wide I believe.

 

Why so low of sidewall?

 

i have 215/40R17 and they look good just that now im not as lowered and wanna go moar low!
