going down to the TOTD last month, cruzing down I 94 or whatever it was, trying to get onto I 75, I took a wrong turn down by Cobo Hall and ended up on the surface streets. I bin that road before lol and with Pedders it was horrible, extremely so.

YYZ? I was amazed, and to put that in context, I dreamed this stuff up with the hard work of the fine USA engineers at Hyperco. So I shoulda known it would be okay? The potholes are like craters in an Irak desert. YYZ? NP.

go ahead, go YYZ, u will be pleased for sure.

not sure if your serious? He obviously needs to get an alignment. Like you pretty much always need to get after a spring install...

troof. The poster of that comment lives in Florida, the customer for the springs is Steve in california, and imagine, UPS left the box on his front porch (! should they have done that, with no signature?) and someone stole it ( hard to beleive, but it is California and these springs are like gold ?) so we filed a claim, UPS paid and he got another set of springs. Customer service....

Roads around there will be about the same anywhere else in Metro Detroit, more or less. So if Pedders felt horrible on those streets, you know what I usually go through with Megan coils.

I'm considering going through Tom/CED, so I don't have to wait too long for them.

I simply cant imagine coilovers in DTW, dont get me started on Megans

The HSD coil over is pretty good as far as that goes, and they have upgraded the damping in the HSD coil overs with the work I have done for the North American distributor, but they are not YYZ for sure.

All our springs for USA orders ship out of CED. YOu can buy from us ,through Gloria, or through Tom , with CED; its the same thing/same price (other than Gloria's cut lol) So whatever works best for you. Thanks for considering genuine Powell hardcore race parts.

Im on Pedders+stock SS/SC struts/shocks. It feels very bumpy.
I may have been spoiled by a Lexus GS350, but im looking for a VERY comfy ride if possible.
Thanks!

^this lol

the progressive rate is amazing for DD. like John stated way back in this thread. you can feel they are softer than stock on your normal DD speeds/bumps etc so it rides smoother actually (wait did I just say that about a cobalt? yes. yes i did). Best part is you really want to take a corner or bring it to the track and that "soft" feeling turns into a nice firm and responsive setup as you would expect from a progressive rated spring. Totally awesome compared to all the other springs I've ridden/driven on (Pedders, Sportlines, Progress, Dropzone)
