Wheel Studs?

After a couple failed attempts at using spacers on my wheels to give it a wider stance and fill the fenders out better, I have found that the lugz I am using are causing me to strip the wheel studs and eventually ruining the threads and breaking the studs off. Does anyone know or can anyone point me in the direction of a aftermarket company or for that matter another application that would use a little bit longer stud that will work in the splined hole on our hubs? Someone mentioned a solstice but havent been able to find any information on that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about longer studs. But at my work, if someone wants to run spacers, you can get lug nuts that go deeper into the wheel, so you get a lot more thread on the nut without worrying about stripping it.

on another note ur required to have upgraded wheel studs by the NHRA, i would bet money that it mentions new wheel studs in the GMbuild book.

There's a rule about that upgrade to hardened wheel studs.....but it doesn't pertain to most vehicles. I can't remember exactly, but it's most likely something like 12.99 or faster (or something similar)
