Where is the Eibach Roll Bar kit? Read here!
So for a while now I've been waiting for the Eibach Roll Bar kit. It's been over a year and nothing. I called them today and learned the following...
They have in fact not made one single kit yet. The tech I spoke to said the geometery of the front bar is quite complex, and their current bending equipment does not have the capability to make the bar. They have the correct bending equipped coming to them from Germany right now. His words were "it's on the boat". They expect it will be about 2 months at the earliest before they have a working front bar and can then start shipping the kits.
He didn't have any specifications on the bars themselves. I informed them how Chevys FE1, 3, and 5 suspensions are all different diameters and he wasn't sure where the Eibach diameter would fall in relation.

THat is a pisser, cuz I have also been waiting for this kit to come out as well, I was really hoping it would be available this winter like vendors have had advertised. There really isnt any other alternative to this kit, other than just getting the rear progress sway bar, but that doesnt do a whole lot for the front, hope they get it going soon cuz i am very impatient! ha
