that's like for right now the efrs are the best out and everyone has there dicks hard about efrs. guess what sooner or later they will be out done and something better will come out.

its the way it works. you can build the best thing in the world but sooner or later something better will come.

powells are by car the best of the best for springs. made by a very reputable company and with rates to back them. in the yyz thread john posted the rates.
I'm more in the boat with deciding on which ones to go for a bit more low. My CMs are decent but not quite low enough for my liking. If only low = handling - ride isn't the biggest deal to me.

Padlock for the win! I think that makes real sense inverting the dead
Coils to avoid corrosion a little. Not as much sense as parking your hot rod in the winter but a close second lol

I am looking to lower my HHR but don't rally race it or anything. I just want a lower stance and I found a local seller that has a brand new set of Pedders for $200 so should I get them?

^pedders will do great on a HHR because of the way the body sits the drop of pedders/Powell springs looks great.

only issue is if you live in the "salt belt" or anywhere it shows they rust out and lose rate in 2-3 years. Powell's are powdercoated and do NOT and a guaranteed for life if i am not mistaken. (ill be getting a hhr ss in the next year hopefully and v2 powells will be on it for sure!)

If they are not powdercoated should I put a coat of paint and clear on them to help prevent rusting? I don't drive in the snow much.

i was wondering the same thing, the rubber coating is just fadded. i have had pedders sitting in my garage for about a year and a half,at the time i didnt plan on putting them in right away and then once i wanted to put them in,i started doing a little research on here and then saw people start jumping off the pedders bandwagon lol

mine are used, will probably just sell them and go for the YYZ's.
