YYZv2 v Pedders v Stock SS/TC

I know there is a few of these threads out there but another cant hurt, especially for someone searching for that sweet spot on springs. Installed my YYZv2's last night, very happy with them so far. I will get more pics/measurements once I get an alignment. I know when I was looking for pics and measurements on v2's it was fairly limited so hopefully this helps!!!

My rear driver side was about 1/4 inch lower on stock springs and the pedders matched that fairly equal however the YYZ's seem to of slightly corrected it.

ALL PICS OF MEASUREMENTS GO AS FOLLOWS:
PASSENGER FRONT
PASSENGER REAR
DRIVER REAR
DRIVER FRONT

Pictures and measurements of installed springs are VERY VERY (did I say VERY?) helpful. Thank you very much for taking the time to do that. I'm sure that will be of great help to someone looking to buy. It would be nice if someone who can measure spring rates (John?) would post the rates for all three springs too. John has posted the rates for the YYZ, but has anyone ever posted the rates for Pedders and stock?

^^ Not sure?? But I just thought I would have really loved this when I was looking around so I figured I would just do it. Im hoping to get an alignment today and drive the car a bit, then if any measurements change, I will post them in here

Thanks for the good words Sox!

V2 is lower and has a different spring rate. John posted the differences in his original V2 forum post.

I misspoke. Spring rate the same

Specification :

Progressive rate spring remains the same as V.1 ; unique to the aftermarket for Cobalt. Great ride, and amazing on track performance.

FRONT:0.532” wire diameter (High Tensile Chrome Silicon spring wire), nominal 11.625” Free length. Variable rate 138/265#/in
REAR: 0.485” wire diameter (High Tensile Chrome Silicon spring wire), nominal 11.250” free length. Variable rate 105/325#/in

Trim height: compared to v1, drop additional 0.350-0.400”Front and 0.750” Rear

MEASURED FROM GROUND TO FENDER WE GET, CONSERVATIVELY:
V.1 : 26.0 FRONT AND 27.0 REAR

V.2 25.6 FRONT 26.25 REAR

I installed the YYZ 2's and i think my alignment is almost identical to yours just by the way it drives haha... I told a shop i wanted a Toe and Go adjustment, car drives like it is toed out to the right...they said ok, looked at the car and told me it was "Too low to align". I left immediately

^^ lol nice, im guessing it was a small shop?

I just went to the nearest Belle Tire (across from ZZP of all places lol) and they did mine. Though I think now I have a brake dragging. It pulls slightly to the left and when I push the brakes it dives to the left damn it!!! lol

Forgot to add, at 150 miles I checked and the front was still looking the same, rear measured about an 1/8 inch drop so they are starting to settle. After tomorrow I will have about 300 miles on them and will check again.

Stock / YYZ v.2 new tires
Tire Height: 25.1"
LF: 26.5" / LF: 25.7"
RF: 26.3" / RF: 25.6"
LR: 27.3" / LR: 26.5"
RR: 27.5" / RR: 26.8"
