Hello,

I'm new to overhauling cars. I took my 2007 Chevy Cobalt 2.4L motor apart and replaced a lot of the parts such as the ZZP performance cam shafts. I'm in the process of re-assembling it and I saw this part in one of my part boxes. I don't remember seeing it and I was wondering if someone could help me identify it and maybe tell me where it goes.
