You do have a aftermarket bigger downpipe correct? That will make more difference than any of those other mods you have listed.
Kmo43 lives up in Canada somewhere.

Does the Hahn lower charge pipe have a maf relocation pad on it?

Check out sskev. He just tuned 3 of us a week ago at the dyno he uses in Mississauga.
I think Dutchman has his number

I guess I'm still learning the hard way that Hahn products are a complete rip off. I have to get my tuner to block the old maf port and weld a new Bung for a maf relocate.

Don't bother throwing all that stuff on till you get a good downpipe. It the cheapest and most productive mod you can do. Stock Tc exhaust is really pretty good and free flowing. If you can run a catless downpipe with it it will help a bunch in bumping power.

Yeah don't know if I want to run catless. Although, I am looking on zzp right now and they seem to have some quality stuff.

Unless you have to have a cat for emissions then go for it. Stock exhaust with a catless dp isn't loud. I have a full mpx exhaust and switching from catted to catless really wasn't that noticeable in sound. Still quiet.

Well **** I may just have to get one of them and run catless. Obviously can't be too hard to put the stock one back on eh lol. How easy is the installation as far as accessibility?

Not sure where your at, But its hard to find a good local tuner...You better off doing a remote tune with kmo43...

Problem with kev is he only does it on spare time and from what i heard if you have a problem he won't come out right away, He kinda just leaves you hanging ,,,So if its your daily then your potentially damaging your motor till kev can see you... But he is a very good tuner if he can help you out.

You would only damage your motor if you continue to drive it with an issue.

Down pipe is easy to install as long as your bolts come out ok.

Going off topic here but what is the purpose of the Powell oil separator?

Filter and drain the oil back into the oil pan verses sending it through the intake and coating the intake valves.
