Bench tune wiring

Hey fellas I was wondering if anybody had a little diagram or write up on how to wire up a bench tuner for the 05 cobalt ss supercharged I did an engine swap and everything in correctly but at some point during the swap we triggered the anti theft security stuff and couldn't get hp tuners to read while the pcm was in the car so I was trying to find a bench tune wire up to see if I cant turn off all the security stuff while the pcm is out of the car thanks in advanced for help

Even if antitheft is activated, you should still be able to flash the ecu.

Check the HP Tuners forum, i'm sure there's someone on there who has that info.

I'd think you wouldn't need much, just a few inputs to the PCM to simulate the OBD port and you could do it, but I haven't personally looked into it.

all you need for it is your 12 volt constant, 12 volt switched, grounds and obd2 port connections. however if you cant get hp tuners to communicate with it in the vehicle, i doubt itll wortk on a bench. id check over the wiring in the vehicle, make sure the grounds are good, all the switched and constant power is good. if the ecm wont come to life, its likely cooked
