boost pressure for aftermarket tune

1) What is the most safe boost pressure to run on an aftermarket tune for LNF cobalts?

2) what psi is everyone running in their cars?

include:

~year of car
~kind of tune
~PSI
~aftermarket mods
~miles on car
~miles when tune was installed
~how often you drive WOT (track/street)
~any problems you have ran into with tune

From what I've heard, most tunes will run around 25 psi, GM stg 1 runs at about 22, and some people run up to 30 psi in higher altitudes.

The stock KO4 has been tested by borg warner (the company that makes it) to over 40 psi

27-24 psi @ 3k depending on load, tapers off to 18psi @ 7k rpm. Mods & tune in sig.

Beat on it regularly since 9k miles, 34k now. No issues. 60 - 100 mph in 4.8 sec best.

Uh... 40 psi absolute maybe.

40 psi - 14.7 psi @ sea level = 25.3 psi, which is within reason, but probably pushing it's efficiency range.
