Bringing back that 'old-school' wonderful, vacuum advance, part-throttle feeling LNF

Link to my tune + a 40 minute log of this tune:
Bringing back that 'old-school' wonderful, vacuum advance, part-throttle feeling LNF

Bringing back that 'old-school' wonderful, vacuum advance, part-throttle feeling on my LNF...

Ahh, the good-old days, are still here...

Remember when, you set your timing, with a timing light for 10 degrees of initial timing, & combined with vacuum advance,
you had a beautiful idle, & that wonderful part-throttle response, that felt so so, good...

With changes to the optimum spark tables, I've achieved , that wonderful feeling again...

If your running an E47 - E85 tune, & have HPTuner, try this tune, & let me know what you think...:

there is power to be made in the OS tables, but also easy to overdue them as well

Agreed, because of emissions, the stock OS tables have been raped & neutered...

Low loads , low speeds, & cruising, need lots of timing advance, in which the old style vacuum advance system provided, but is a today, because of the EPA...

I've tried maybe 20 different OS tables, until I found one that feels so good...

Running the new tables for a month now, & still feels wonderful...

Took it to the track on Saturday & ran my best pass ever 12.28 @ 112.67 MPH

My 'buggy' also turned 30,000 miles on Saturday too.
6 years running with an E47 mix , & never any problems.
The 4t45e is as strong, as it was when it new also...

I'm going to give some of your tables a try on my Cobalt.

You got me all excited to make the drive ability better!

Thanks for sharing
