data logging with Trifecta

How does does it take to get the updated tune back from Vince after sending logs?
Its been a week so far and haven't got a reply yet.
Ive been driving on the original tune he sent me is it safe?

I'd be pissed. I was planning on buying it this week. I take that very seriously. I don't believe in canned tunes. He might have just lost a customer.

There must be a problem between the communication. 90% of the time I get them back very quickly, at max a day
