Gawd there's more tables available for the automatic trans in that sucker than there are for the whole car in the cobalt world..lol

now i are confused. becuase my buddy wants to tune his Ion, and my tuner will do it, but he said he was waiting for the HPT beta version so he would be able to tune his ECM.

nope the only ion supported are 2.4s and 2.0s

I was talking with a tuner here and hptuners didnt even know the ion had the E67 ecu which they support.my tuner tuned his 2.2 ion with hptuners so E67 IS supported

just ask him to try it.my tuner has a close relationship to HPtuners and HP didnt even know the 2.2L ion had the E67.

Actually our software was identifying the 2007 ion as HAVING an E67, not an E37 pcm, its just a vin thing...our software determines the pcm via the vin number, if we haven't added the vin information(which we hadn't in this specific case) our software takes an educated guess, in this case it simply guessed wrong. In that case we need to add the vin info into our source so it tries reading it as an E37

okay gotcha I wasnt sure on that.was just wondering why it read my car as an Ion and wouldnt connect to change fuel tables but would read to log it.This is gonna be a huge market though I think,im glad you guys jump in on this cause trifectas garbage tune sucks lol

well my AFR's are 10:1. And im NA lol and then vince trys to tell me I have a vacuum leak haha.which apparently when you have a vacuum leak you run stupid rich instead of lean lol

numb nuts.. depending on where you vacuum leak is you will run rich. vince told me i had a vacuum leak 2 times.. and both times.. he was right lawlz... ima laugh if you get tuned via hptuners just to find out you have a leak lol
