ok guys heres the delema, got a custom tune from tag, everythings mint, i went back a lil while ago to add so they can add some timing down low.
i finally gave her today and when im in second and the rpms are around 6000, the car almost surges and becomes super loud, it almost feels like i hit the rev limiter, im goin tomorrow to tag so we can log it and find out wats up, i just want some opinions on what could be causing this cuz it scared the hell outta me hahaha
i shut the car off for 30 min tried again, first to redline is good, shifting is good to second, then rpms climb to around 6 and bam, any ideas?

 

I have the same issue. Please keep me posted on this one. The car surged on the dyno the other day and quit making power.

 

you have an aftermarket clutch right?
i maybe was suspecting the clutch was giving but its it only happens in second, the car was redlined in first and then on the dyno 4th and 3rd were redlined.

found the issue, thanks to mase, he knew exactly what it was when he heard it, my plugs were gapped to big at .035, now they are at.028 and ive hammered the car all night long with no issues
