HP Tuners

Im getting HP Tuners for christmas and I wanted to know if you guys think I should get the regular version or the professional version. I want to tune cars as my career and this is going to be where I start. Im reading every book I can get my hands on about tuning. Im just trying to get the best one for me but I dont want my parents to spend extra money if its unnecessary.

Also, if there is some better software let me know about that too
