and how many of those 70 people do you honestly think will pay full retail for the HPT kit?
the people who sign those petitions want a tune, but i garuntee at least half would wait for a "buddy" to buy it, and just pay him $100 for a tune.

man this got my hopes up i though it was for the 2.2. way to res a dead thready guys. but when will hptuners work for out 2.2's?

 

2-3 months give or take realistically but even that isn't set in stone & could change at a moments notice given the nature of our business. Files we have plenty of, for the most part its just finding the time to sit down for a couple of weeks and ONLY work on that pcm which we've already had several projects going at once that are unfinished ie dodge, E38/E67 custom operating systems, training our new engineers, etc. that we simply cannot drop cold turkey at this time. Even then we'll still have the 2.2 guys screaming at us with why we haven't come out with a solution for them. Unfortunately this business takes alot of development work & everyone wants it now and the two sides go together like oil & water.

Correct you cannot do a CALIBRATION ONLY reflash, you will get a 1C0000 error which is explained in our help file at www.hptuners.com/help under the troubleshooting section

True, true, but that is 70 people on this site only, what you are stating happens for all models no doubt, if that was an issue they would make the tune vehicle specific. There is a need and want for this...

I know you guys get sick of hearing the whole 2.2l thing, but the word on the street is you will NEVER support us. That makes no sense??? Keep doing what you do but don't forget the little guys...

by the way hp tuners is going with the 2.2l tune i can have a 89 supra with a 2jz pushing 500 an fc pushing 350 and the cobalt pushing 350hp with the help of trifecta before you guys come out with some thing. help us help you because i know there is more 2.2l on this site and every other site than there is ss/sc redlines, and ss/tc
