so i was reading this new article on the HHR SS, and found it interesting that it had a launch control.

i would assume that you could adjust this through HPtuners, and possibly hold the RPM at like 2200 or so. that would be great if they included this on the cobalt ss/tc. anyone messed with this kinda thing before in HPtuners?

also, is there a means of doing this on our current ss's?

does anyone else think a panel side HHR with mods would be a sick ass sleeper?

 

limiting boost in first or playing with tq mgt is it for us

 

yea, ive already done boost limiting, but dont you think that will be a great feature on the ss/tc?

 

should help to control that 260tq at 2k rpms for sure

 

it would def. make for more consistent drag times as well. pull up to the pre stage, lay the pedal on the floor, bump the clutch, ebrake stop it, and go, should be extremely helpful at the track

 

I think I remember reading that ss/tc does have the launch control

 

dammit i wish my car had that

 

The SS will have it as well....
