What kind of car was it?

I guess my question is, how do you know it was "successful"?

Ah ok.

They probably did have a recalibration for your vehicle.

I know that they do with limited vehicles but others they try to use a module and others they try to use a chip.

Its different than "Chipping" its run inline and alters the signal coming in and going out of the ECU. Its not like pulling a Eprom and replacing it with a new one. You disconnect the harness from the ecu and place a signal altering circuit between your ECU and the wiring harness. There is no reason why this shouldent work with an OBDII. Im not saying its a good tune but assuming they have all their ducks in a row on the signal workings it should work. Picture it as the ECU version of the B&M shift plus which just alters the signal for the line pressure but makes a world of difference when driving the coby.

DONT BUY ANY KIND OF CHIP FROM EBAY.

those things are rip offs, all they are is resisters made for tricking your IAT into thinking the temperature is lower then it really is and injects more fuel to the engine.

I'm not so sure if I'd trust this. If this is legit, then why hasn't there been more information on this? JET is a big reputable brand, and I've yet to see anything from them directly as far as advertising a Cobalt chip yet.
