SAI has nothing to do with performance.... other than hindering your exhaust manifold and intake choices...

fully agreed, $300 is alot to shell out for a plug and play "chip"

i think dyno sheets for each chip would be nice.

i got a stage 2, exhaust, honed manifold, plugs, and cai on mine and want to know what it'll add before i throw some money at it and not have it be worth it. i don't need a dyno sheet for a balt with all the mods i've got but one with just a stage 2 even would be nice

I dont think it would be beneficial because you would alter your tune.

You ECU has been tuned already for your stage 2... this would interrupt that signal but It might be something worth asking.

I have a K&N SRI, and soon will be installing an LSJ downpipe. Does this mean that i would have to get the stage 2?

This would probably be the most applicable one for the Cobalt. This dyno shows a 1999 S10 with a 2.2L manual. They say that it has no modifications. This does show some pretty good gains for the vehicle. Now if they would only get something for the Cobalts.

why do I need another thermostat? HPT and vector tunes do not require one,is this just a "reccommendation" by Jet? if I do need one how much and where to buy.
