Looking to start tuning? need suggestion on info

I am looking to start tuning this fall/winter, investing in a laptop and HPT.

i was wondering if there is any infomoration or books i could pick up or look at that will help me learn HPT and tuning before i start twiddling away at it and ruining stuff in my car..

please dont call me out, remember we all start somewhere. thanks!

idiots guide to hpt.

but seriously the best way to learn is find a good tuner and get tips and info from them, if thats not available i believe hpt may have a forum, dont quote me on that though.

Don't forget the wideband, and to make it easier get the Pro version of HPT to hook up the wideband to. These are things I didn't do at first.

If your willing to spend a little more money there is thetuningschool dot com. I'm just not ready to spend any more money......
