Ok, so I can run an SS SC PCM in my 07, regardless of year PCM, no problem? Can the dealer address any relearn? Like the case relearn or VIN swap? Hell, or even ZZP? I'm sending them the spare one to flash their can tune in

Sorry for the misinformation, I was talking about the relearn my bad man!
Have you tried to write the entire file to the pcm? It usually takes a bit more then a failed write to brick a pcm. I have failed many writes and just re do it without an issue. If the vin thing pops up I simply close everything on hpt, reboot it and then turn the car off open the door, close it and put the key to run and re-do it.
I am kind of "specific" though with my tuning and do all sorts of weird things in an order lol. Opening the door after each tune, turning the car on and off, blah blah blah.

You can run any P12 PCM in your car, as long as its reprogrammed for your car of course.
If you get a PCM from an 05 or early 06 SS S/C and just change the VIN though, your fuel gauge will read backwards.
If you're going to get it reprogrammed anyway, then this is a list of cars that came with the P12:
Anyway, to the OP: I'd suggest getting the Trifecta unlocked GMS3. It re-enables the A/C and makes the PCM readable/writable by HP Tuners. Feel free to PM me or check the link in my sig for more info.
