MAF tune isn't cooperating

It's been roughly 3-4 months since I've heavily molested my non-meth 2.7 tune.

Here's the scoop:

WOT MAF was dialed in from 3-7k for 11.6 afr (1.264)

It was dialed in (1s & 0s), reading 11.6-11.7 on every pull.

---

3-4 months later, night temps are roughly 5-10 degrees warmer.

I'm seeing an AVG of 11.2-11.3

----

Since the completion of the maf 3-4 months ago, I've cleaned the maf, replaced a front o2 sensor, and enabled DFCO. COT & Piston protection are still disabled.

Any suggestions to how I can tell my maf to quit swerving off it's commanded fueling goal?
It has been considerably more humid here lately; would that be a large contributing factor?

warmer temps cause it to run richer. fuel trims go wacky as well.

the lsj doesn't have a table to compensate for temperature changes.

Thanks

First pulls earlier I saw LTFTs in the 6s... and afr was avg'in 11.9 (no knock tho.. pheew)

reset the fuel trims, and got the above.

Good to know Area. Your about 10 minutes late haha, Shaun in his own way got me to realize humidity plays a roll.

Thanks for the help & the tip bout the non-existent table. HPT should release something to address this.

Steven - If you ever need any help or have any questions about your tune let me know man. I am euthanasia's friend by the way, we have spoken a couple times. I see that you are only running 16 degrees of timing, why so low?

2.7 pulley & 91 octane out here

have to compensate for craptastic gas year round when running my DD tune.

It handled 17* from 3-7k w/o a hitch @ 11.6-11.7. I'm sure I could add more in the mid range, but for what its worth, the few extra horses don't matter.

My meth tune is an entirely different story tho.

Right on, that seems like a pretty solid tune. I get my car back from the shop fairly soon here, probably early next week and I will be tuning the hell out of it =D. How much timing are you pushing on the meth tune, what afr and what mixture? If those are "secrets" you don't have to tell me, just curious =D.

I broke 3 of my pistons by pushing the car to far on meth/nitrous/2.8/60lbers, etc. But the car will be back up and running in about a week or so. I am really excited to get it back and start tuning it again. I am really going to dial in the tune this time and spend hours and hours on it =D.

i dont know about asap...something weird is happening now...where i cant even drive more than an hour when i already went through a quart of oil....so looks like my valve guides are fucked....cuz i did a compression check and it was great....so my problem must be the head...either its cracked or the valve guides are fucked

Shaun - For the most part it was a 50 shot of nitrous, 25 degrees timing, 50/50 meth mix, 11.8 afr. I really don't know what happened. I know one of the pistons gave out, just the ring, and then I drove another 12k miles on the motor and continued to push it pretty hard which in return probably led to the damage on the others. I really don't know if it was knock, excessive cyl pressure, or what that caused the issue in the first place, but either way it will be fixed shortly. I beat the **** outta my car though lol.

mrsilent13 - if your interested I have a head with a full valve train on it for sale. Also have some other stuff, spare long block, valve springs, neutral balance shafts etc if your interested.
