Someone put me up for the weekend and I'll shoot up there for some tuning. Please understand that I WON'T just load a tune, though. My process involves data logging and changes to get what you want... Power and reliability.
PM me for more info.

dont thread jack make your own.
Thats funny.
I would say its definitely worth checking out Race Craft Motorsports in DE. They are a legit group of guys and always back up thier work.
As for the thread jacker, 232 whp with your mods is about right. So start your own thread about your cars slowness.

First off I would recommend you find someone on this forums or somewhere that specializes in Cobalts specifically. It seems like there would be quite a few guys on here willing to help you.
But if you're going to go to a local dyno shop in Maryland, take a look at Tony's Corvette Shop (http://www.tonyscorvetteshop.com/). Their tuner specializes in GM only and has been tuning GM cars forever. Their tuner uses HPTuners on OBDII fuel injected motors, and he knows what he is doing with it. If you don't go with any of the people that tune Cobalts on this forum, then give these guys a call, they can help you and if they can't I'm sure they know someone who can.
Maryland Performance on the other hand, does not specialize in GM engines and their owner doesn't know **** about a GM motor. On top of this they have never touched a Cobalt so you would essentially be a guinea pig. You really want to be in that situation?
