I know nothing about tuning and was looking for someone to tune in WV and people on here let me know about Vince at Trifecta. I havent done it yet but supposedly you tell him your boltons and he sends you the tuner and you just plug it in and load it yourself. I dont know if that will help you but MD is pretty close to WV and just thought I would let you know. Good luck man.

 

Not to knock on trifecta but i dont think it compares to hptuners, i know they say its good, you tell him your bolt-ons but i still dont understand how it corrects for elevation and changes in climate.

For those who can't be tuned by HPtuners it's the best option. If HPtuners would support the 08 2.2 ecu I'd be all over it.

 

understandable for you 2.2 guys, i think its a shame you dont have access to hptuners

maybe i'm wrong.... but iirc that's what i heard.

I'm tuning with trifecta, the others listed above have hptuners so you got your variety. does hp tuners do infiboost?

 

countrySS - As I said via pm I am a traveling tuner and I specialize in lsj cobalts considering that is what I drive. I would be more then happy to drive out to you and set you up with a great tune. Well what have you done and who have you tuned how much exp. Do u have

 

ive been tuning my lsj for a little over a year... ive had 60's with 2.8, tvs with 3.1 and 60's, and now tvs with 80lbers and 2.9. ive also tuned a couple of my friends lnfs, but they were all stock, and mild.

i dont claim to be anything im not. im new, im learning, but im going in the right direction.

if you want to buy a tune from someone on here, and il load it for you, and tweek a little, thats fine with me, might save you a long trip to another tuner.

either way let me know.
