Need some pointers
I bought HP Tuners, and it should be here wednesday. My problem is that I have very poor planning. I ordered a 2.8 pulley, pulley puller, 60lb injectors (with harness), stage 2 belt, and an AEM UEGO. I rented the pulley puller, and have untill next friday to ship it back. That gives me a 2 day window to install all the power mods, tune the car, and get the car running. I have a beater, so I can go a few days withouth the SS/SC running if I have to.
I got my e-mail from HP Tuners with my product key and everything in it, logged into the customer center, and downloaded the latest version of HP Tuners. I also downloaded about 7 different tunes from the tune repository. I read through the entire help file and have poked around at most of the tunes, I think I have a general idea of what all the colorful boxes do at this point
.
What I'm affraid of is that I'm going to need to tune the car for a smaller pulley and different sized injectors with no experience. Is there even really tuning required for the smaller pulley, or just the injectors? Basically I'm affraid of either blowing up the car or maybe having the injectors go static on me. I downloaded 3 different 60lb tunes, but they are all on 2.6 pulleys, so I've been trying to isolate the part's that deffine the injector size. I thought I knew what I needed to change just to get the injectors working right, but then I saw the sticky about tuning injectors. In the sticky he says the Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA VAC table only allowes you to go to a max of 8.000. All the tunes I have are in the 30's to 60's...so I'm confused with that.
If anyone has a tune setup for a 2.8 with 60lb injectors for an 07 SS/SC that I could just compare to the stock tune and hand type in that would be great. If anyone can tell me what I would need to change to have the car safe (not necissarily making good power, just safe) with the 2.8 and 60lb injectors that would be great too.
These are the tables I was going to basically copy into the stock tune for just the injectors.

Thanks for all the good info so far
