New downpipe
I broke my stock downpipe and i think the cat is clogged. I am putting on a vibrant downpipe without a cat. Do i need my car to be retuned?

I'm going to throw a code but, you can take it out with hp tuners. When i go to get inspected again i will put the stock back on or buy an o2 simulater.

Will.

Taking out the cat, you will fail inspection if they do visual inspection regardless of code.
