Noob question

I'm not new to how to turn anything, but have NEVER been to a dyno. I am just wondering how to hook up my car to a in-ground dyno at Z1 Motorsports. I plan on going to go dyno tune my car after my Christmas goodies are installed for one hour. Which is $100 bucks, and I want to tune it myself. It's not a BIG tune just adjusting the boost and making sure I do not get too lean on my fuel. When I get into the MS tuning that's when I'll have my buddy there with me helping me tune it so I don't go kaboom.

What are some key tips? Just in case their lazy to help me set it up. Not sure if I can get ahold of my old teacher who I watched tune his 650whp Camaro. That is all I'm asking...just the straps, tire chocks, etc. The safety stuff.

dyno tune, well the tuner or who ever works at the places straps the car down..u dont do nothing, not even drive the car on the dyno

also u dont want to run lean...better rich than lean...just aim for ur a/f to be in the mid 11's at WOT

Should I pay the ASS load extra money to have them tune it for me. All I am doing is getting a base run then turning the boost controller up to around 12psi.

When do we got WOT on dynos? I know most guys wait until their in 3rd gear some even 2nd. But I got a damn automatic so I'm a big noob to it.

That's my goal. Mid to high 11s. I feel safer increasing the boost at a dyno than in my garage. I got 310cc injectors and they max out around 12psi with the fuel pump as well.
