I know about the ecu issue. Believe me when i say, if the car ecu would've given you the same issues it was when i last worked on it. The cars would've blown up going down the track.
14.7 afr w/30 degrees of timing, going 80% throttle wouldn't have lasted long.
(edited, cause i fudged the timing, and added the throttle body percentage, sorry)

But I'll give credit to where credit is due. All thats needed now is for her to run it again with a proper ecu and her 06black tune. Should best our stock car time.

My car does terrible at fontana. I took it up to Famoso and ran a 13.523 @ 104 with a 2.2 60'
2.8 no meth setup. Im sure you would've bested me.

we do need to get a nice track day lined up for Famoso, the time i went there was one beater ass 2.2 cobalt with exhuast and intake and stockers with no hub caps running 17's

it made me feel like a ricer, everyone kept asking me if it was me that ran the 17.xxx

i was like "fuuuuuuc no mang"

But its well worth it. Fontanas track cant hold a candle to Famoso
Test and tune is in the evening. Your not waiting for 10 hours. And your not racing uphill, That alone is price of admission.

What tune are you running?
If its trifecta, I am not running a canned tune by any means. I have at least 5 hours of datalogging put in, and vince has constantly tweaked my tune.

lol wow this thread blew up.. but not surprised.. just like last time you posted something outlandish (ie that you made a 34 whp gain on a stock 2.4) so why don't you post all of the runs for the car... as said it looks like the inifiboost tune is heat soaking.. which isn't suprising esp if it'd have ALOT of dyno runs and pushing 27 psi is out of the stock turbos range so it will push some hotter air after some runs...

as per usual psycko smoke and mirrors

its just annoying when someone badmouths a tuner and doesn't even use the proper correction or smoothing, and lies about the runs. And doesn't even post the whole story.

correction is correction. get over it. std, sae, jin, uncorrected. whatever makes you happy. you can compare runs in any format you so desire. it will still show a difference

Yeah I know but if these were in SAE, it would show how ridiculously low the dyno is reading, also he posted the worst run he could vs his best run. The best run has him at 3 less whp than the psycho tune, and 5 more ftlbs. And that's on the canned tune that he has not even had tweaked yet.

as i stated before. it does not matter what correction factor has been used.

to show how "low" a dyno reads is a moot point in the first place.

"But i SWEAR my car is making more power!"

how come there are always more complaints about dyno readings being low than them being too high?
