Redline Tuning help

I recently installed my 2.8 pulley with simens #60 injectors.. My friend helped me tune it but for some reason I was running 12.0-13.0(which is horrible since i'm supercharged).. I tried messing with the maf and looking at others tune and it helped... A bit... Now for some reason when im around 6,500 rpms to 7,200 shifting from second to third and on. I get a nasty misfire/cutoff and my wideband shoots towards the -- in the lean side.. If any one can help please let me know what i can do or look over my tune and help me out... I Appreciate all your help guys Thanks

Ps. There are two tunes attached the one that's im currently using is
60lbssheektune.. but the other one was on my car before i modified it and now it does the same thing
Car..Saturn ion(2004)
Location:Miamifi
Mods:2.8 pulley K&N Intake,Zzp downpipe,simens #60 injectors

Holy ****... that's one steep VE map.
Maybe try some LTFT tuning before screwing with your PE map.

What you need to do is read all of the info you can on how to tune cars. There is MAD info out there. I have recently added to that info as well.

Some critical problems I see. Running a 2.8 you have your PE Enable TPS set wayyy to high. You also want to start leaner then run richer as RPM increases.... not the other way around as you have it, start at a 12.0 at 2000 rpm and then richen up a bit from there. Your PE values are also way to high but I'm assuming you have them set that way to try to compensate for the problems you are having. I can tell just by looking at the values you are using for your MAF flow they are too low. For instance at 6600Hz your value is 73.54 and of the lsj's i've tuned none of them have been that low. VE Table is totally out of whack but if you'd like to try dropping your dynamic airflow RPM's so as the ecm does not use these crazy VE's in calculating fueling. Even doing that you should still really fix that VE table.

I'd seriously consider learning a lot more about what you're doing at this point.

My MAF at 6600 is even lower than that. 71.06 in fact, which is actually 0.06 higher than stock (07 stage 2). 06 stage 2 "new flash" is 72.70 at 6600hz

That's interesting. I have looked at 5 different cobalts and 1 redline that I have and they are all higher than that.

Interesting indeed. Of course all of the ones I have are stage 2 or higher, so maybe that's the dif. I've never actually tuned an SS/SC without at least 42s. lol
