you can buy a cable and tune throu vince. (sent emails back and forth for data logging)

and the way your making it sound how you want it is a canned tune. they have canned tunes but you would be better of data logging with vince and making the tune perfect for your car.

Ok so I want to buy... now.. but want to make sure I am doing everything right. I want to buy that cable with the tune but it will be like 550 dollars. I thought it was 300 for a tune.. what ever not a big deal, Ill have the cable so Im fine with the price. So when I buy it from the site, do I get a contact email for vince to upload my datalog from my car and send it. What is the process

besides the following
buy tune and cable.
they send it to you
you scan your car(right?)
you email the data log
then he sends back a datalog to change the ECU.

Is Vince on this forum, or does he like to communicate through his own email?

Tunes and data logs are two different things. He views the data logs you send him and makes corrections on the tune. He send you the tune. You install it and data log some more. You send him the new data logs and etc, etc. I don't know how many retunes he allows, but I remember the Hondata Flashpro (07 Civic Si) gave you 10 retunes for $200.

he is on this forum as vincetrifecta but you get your tunes through email
trifecta just lets you data log and reflash on the user side

if you want a full datalogger you can buy the software from vince
and if you want a full datalogger plus tuning capabilities you need hp tuners

but if you are new to tuning, i would suggest just to go through vince, the tune will be done correctly, your car will make power, and you won't have to worry about blowing up
