Tuner Needed
Hey everyone I am looking for a tuner preferably a performance shop in Delaware. Yes the state Delaware lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would be fine going to neighboring states if the shops are not hours away. Ive contacted
Rhino Linings: Does not tune
Race Proven Motorsports: does not work on cobalts
Complete Street Performance (Pennsylvania): Does not tune FWD cars at new location
Shore Tuned in Lewis Delaware: Will tune car. However is almost 2 hours away and has toll routes
County Corvette: Waiting for a reply
I have no experience with tuning but would like to get an HP Tuner. I plan to get parts from ZZP and they have files for HP Tuners. Information on those and which ones to get would be great

^this or the guy that tuned me, who is very good , lives out that direction somewhere but he is pretty busy now. He goes by 09cobaltSS1 on here. Can't remember which state he lives in but it's in New England. If he has time he would do you a good job.
