Area, Fred @ SMG. They make real numbers with M62's and Turbo's. I also get 38MPG in the damn city. Don't belive me come for a ride I'll show you!!!!

any good tuner in the northeast? looking for a good tune soon.......... waiting to get my winter car done first....... gonna need a decent stage 1 tune not looking for any thing crazy........ does any one know good tuner for 3.8l s/c putting a series 2 in ob1 95 riviera

Don't know if he's still around on the site, but PsychoSteveo seems like a pretty good tuner.

I said LEGIT. not the best but idk whos the best or **** about tuning but i had to give ya some credit

sounds like most people with HP tuners that own a cobalt are listed somewhere on this site

i would say Zach06CobaltSC is good, doesnt get a lot of attention on this site as some of the other tunes but he does good work
