TTR engine mount problem

Anyone have this problem? It was on my car for less than two years. Just looked at it the first time for a longggggg time and got a nice surprise.

id you scratch the power coat and it rusted?or did it just rust like that?

It has on the car for OVER 2 years (26 months to be exact), we stated in an email to you, warranty on the entire mount is for 1 year, we offered to re coat it and install a new bushing, so it would be just like new, for our COST ($40.00) and also would extend your warranty one more full year...
