Is something wrong with your gauge?

Yea, it randomly started to "zero" at 15psi at startup and would immediately go to 30vac when running. Ive monitored the engine data and pwm signal at the guage connector and everything is normal. Bad luck i guess.

It should be at 22 vac and when you turn the key to on but not start it, it should be at 0.

It was doing that when i first got it. I even checked with a manual gauge and it matched ecm data, everything else is normal other than the boost gauge. It never moves from 30vac when driving. Only thing it can be is the gauge circuit board is dead.

Honestly, I would suggest you buy one from Crate Engine Depot;
IIRC they are only $50 - for a brand new gauge, that's pretty hard to beat.
