06 cobalt SS vs 2004 mustang cobra
Ok fellas so i have an 06 s/c cobalt on a 2.8 60's full exhaust blah blah blah every bolt on you can possibly think of ! No nitrous but yes alcohol.
Last friday night from a 40 roll i took my best buds dad by half a car till about 115 !!!!!!
I didnt see that coming especially since my tune is horrble wich im looking forward to fixing soon.
cobra has cat back and intake .
What you guys think about this ? He claims he had a misfire and was running on 7cylinders most of the race , but he didnt say anything about this until we pulled over .
LOL he wants a rematch .
Any of you guys have close calls with cobras ?

LMAO this is whats making me think seriously i swear to you guys i didnt see it coming and didnt think i was gona get him so i dint pull out the camera ! his son was in my passenger seat with his jaw dropped ! Dudes im not even kidding you !!!!!!! Doyou think he was tellign the truth about the misfire ?

And yes were were racig he went all out as i did too !
again he said he wanted a rematch so lets see what he does probly this friday or sat at the track lebanon valley upstate.

Cobras can run better times then some of the fastest modified SS/SC's here, stock. His Stang is either broke, he picked the wrong gear, it's not a Cobra or he was sandbagging it.

must of been a GT with a body kit and rims because there is NO WAY even a fully built ect ect ect cobalt can touch a 460wheel stock LOW12 second car and 90% of them are not stock anymore

i believe u..ive beaten two cobras from a roll..not sure what year though..may have been 01 like mentioned above..and i have about the same mods as the OP...who knows..**** happens lol
