Well it started out as me and the gf were on our way back to the laundromat. We had some comforters and **** to wash that wouldn't fit in our washer and dryer. Well anyways we put it in the dryer and it had almost an hour to dry, so we when and got something to eat. When on the way back to the laundromat I saw a nice looking mustang up ahead. My turn in to the laundromat was right there but I said **** it I'm going to pull up and see if he's game. I pulled up and he rolls his windows down and rev's it right away. We are both up front at a red light and I ask him "anything done to that?" He says "yea supercharged, but I got to get it tuned still" I asked "what kind of supercharger" he said "A Powerdine 9lbs of boost". I said cool nice car man, then the light turned green. We both were off. We both were spinning in 1st but pretty much dead even. Then in second I must have caught traction and maybe he didn't because I gained a half a car. Then he started to creep and by mid 3rd(I was going way to fast on the rd. I was on lol) he was about a half a car ahead of me and it seemed to be holding then he let off. We waved at he got on the freeway and I went back to the laundromat. Thoughts?

My car has a Injen CAI, lowered on sportlines, engalls TD, and a Trifecta tune. Otherwise stock GM Stage 2

Those cars are slow.

I was dead even with the same gen. He had full bolt ons and i had no heat exchanger on a 2.8 pulley with auto. Running 160+ IAT.

 

So that would most likely make your car really slow since you were even with just a bolt on sn95, worst year mustang, and the op car he raced had a centri on it. Pot calling the kettle black LOL.

 

not bad. for being pretty much stage 2, you were close.

 

When mustangs are beating u.....Time to upgrade to a tc
