All you people thinking a tuned 335 would get raped by a tune only lnf are on crack.

 

Wrong gear that was like a 40 roll in 3rd gear I nls into 4th its a stage 2 its not a stock gti by any means he is like 276hp to the wheels and 300 something torque

 

yeah deff get a tune... i love the gtis but they lack power.. i was bone stock and was side by side with my buddy in his stg1 gti.. same with my other buddy in his stg2 gti.. now im tuned and rape their faces... that bmw is sick as hell, what does he do for a living.. i need to look into it haha

 

so how much power does that 335 have? i deff ones not have nowhere near 390whp or so i read....

btw OP you need to tune man. u could be making those two look rediculous lol.

 

My buddy's 335 with similar mods and tuned is only making 365 whp and 370 something trq, anyways We have raced a few times and I always end up winning, pull like proly around 2 car lanes on a good streth from 40 to around 130. And the GTI! wow really buddy, you need some driving lessons. even If hes stg 2 you should still win. He's friend 135i its actually faster then He's 335....

 

You must not know how to drive,when i was stock i raced my buddy in his 08 gti.his mods were exhuast and revo stage two,and i beat him by like a car and a half.

 

You should have blown by that GTI and for the 335i He needs a driver mod lol, I have a buddy who has only a tune and an intake and he DEMOLISHES me. Like way worse than that guy did to you with all that stuff he has on,

That gti has a stage 2 apr kit go read the dyno on there site they are putting down like 276, I have what 260 at the crank let's do the math here, matter fact ill let someone else race him in my car its my roommate maybe you guys are racing stock 200 hp gti's

 

How would I need a driver mod its not hard to put a car in 3rd honk off and put the peddle to the floor I ended up nls perfectly to 4th

 

I was talking about the 335i guy lol.

 

It sound like you could have dropped a gear, your rpm sounded too low the GTI always got the jump on you at first, and as your rpm climb you close the gap. but its hard to hear in video...
try a 2nd gear roll at 40mph and nls in 3rd.

I raced a tuned 135i and 335i with downpipe and it was about the same with me with just the tune.
met the 135i at the track he trapped 111mph the same day i trapped 111mph...
But theres different ''grade'' of tune for them as well... lol i dont know how agressive their tune were.

 

No i was in 3rd the whole race, then NLS in 4th at the very end

Race them again. 2nd gear 40 roll. nls 3rd and forth. proceed with destruction. I'm supercharged and I haven't lost to a single VW yet. You should be faster than me.

i was kidding about the granny shifting, sorry lol. But you did start in the wrong gear for sure. You were out of your sweet spot starting. As soon as you give someone with HP close to yours alittle bit of a lead then theres no coming back.

You will have much better result from a 40mph in 2nd gear
